NEVER AGAIN...Very bad experience at this place. No warning that security door on side was inoperable and inner door slammed when you went through it. No warning rooms were being updated or needed updating. Room was outdated and drab and not as represented on internet ad. Furniture was scratched and worn. Windows were filthy. Elevator was loud and jerky. Packed up within an hour of arriving and went to Holiday Inn Express down the street. It was less expensive and more secure there.Asked manager and owner for a refund since we had not canceled but were not going to stay in a hotel with unsecured side door and that was misrepresented as being modern and updated and were denied. We were charged a cancelation fee even though we didn't cancel. We were simply not willing to stay for what we viewed as several security and mechanical issues. The operators basically told us to take a hike and were combative in their response. Never again Best Western - adios forever.

Worst of the Worst, No one to talk to, about fraud usage of personal account that is no longer used. Unable to close account, and no help available. Tried bank card dispute of charges, to no avail. For personal needs, stay away. Only employers should ever have account with AWS.

We had storm com through on the 8th of May and lost power, Internet and phone service. Power was restored on the 9th and I received text from AT&T stating services would be restored by the 10th by 8am and nothing happened so I called on the 11th and was assured the service would be back by 8 pm and again nothing. I called another time around 10:30 and after the out of country tech couldn't answer the issue he hung up on me. If you keep service in the states at least tell the truth about what is going on. Worst customer service period!

When the thermostat works, great. When it doesn't, be prepared to deal for hours with incompetent customer service reps who will then just tell you to go pay for an independent technician to come fix their product. That's when you don't get cut off while on hold. So sad. Never again.

I had a flat tire and called AAA Texas for assistance at 8:05am. Service Tech Yousif arrived at about 8:20am and changed tire within 10 mins or so, and the link I was sent allowed me to track where he was and when he would arrive. Yousif was polite and very efficient - excellent service!

Absolutely awful customer service. I am trying to transfer a domain out of domain.com because they are trying to charge me too much for the renewal. I had to wait 3 days for my auth code to initiate the transfer and now, they are refusing to release the domain for an additional 6 days. Reply from domain.com says they sent me a request to assist, but I've received nothing. And my domain is still in limbo. STAY AWAY!

I would put down zero stars if possible. I have had a package due for delivery for over a week. One excuse was they couldn't find my house. The next excuse was that no one was home. Both are lies. They managed to deliver another box to me today but I have been told I have to go to their location to pick up my package since they cannot manage to do their jobs. Meanwhile another package came today just fine.
