You better spend money with these people, or they will close your card, and you will have no way of opening it back up. It completely defeats the purpose of using a credit card for credit account history, not just the money side of it. I will not be using Capital One anymore. This is now the second time in four years this has happened. They can close your account at any time at their will but will not reopen a good standing $0 balance card that you've had with them for 8-10 years.
