Absolute worst service and customer…

Absolute worst service and customer service I've ever received. They lie and steal. Never, ever use ATT. They lied to me about the service I would be able to get, messed up connecting my new devices. Customer service lines were absolutely dreadful. No one stateside to speak to and everyone else either couldn't understand me or I couldn't understand them. They wouldn't accept my proof of CNA to get discount. When I finally had enough a couple days in I was forced to call tmobile and get my service back with them. Still dealt with issues with ATT . I sent them back their phones and they tried to steal them and charge me $2200 for phones I gave them back. Called to resolve that issue and found they literally had my phones there in the warehouse that I had sent back to them but yet they still charged me?! Overdraft my account and I had to lock my bank account because they charged me all this 2 months after I had returned the phones. They offered no compensation, no fix for all my time wasted and all the lies. Just told me the charge would be reversed. Disgusting practices. Absolutely criminal. Do not use ATT

Dislikes

Dislikes: 1) Amazon payments are grouped together as one payment either though they were ordered separately. 2) Transaction dates don’t match the actual transaction. 3) PayPal transactions are listed under my email address, plus transactions appear twice with it also listed under bank account. 4) Some transactions appear to be missing. 5) Unable to refresh or re-authenticate accounts using app, need computer!6) Didn’t notify me of upcoming changes with new small business app and charged me full price for current version, so stuck with this app for another year. Unless I change over now and lose a few hundred. Likes:

Even when you stop using it and delete…

Even when you stop using it and delete the main program, you still get regular popups appearing, interrupting whatever you are typing at the time, passive-aggressively warning you to renew your membership to them.Awful product, please never use it.

They will keep asking for extra money to cover extra precautions

I've used McAfee a few times but last year I too have had nothing but pop ups. I paid a fee for (I thought) full cover and then they keep asking me for more money to cover something that should be covered by my subscription. I find this unethical and will not be using them again. I keep being told my email address is on the dark web, but I'd paid McAfee to keep this sort of thing at bay.

Thank You VENMO I had recently made a purchase for (4) NBA tickets from a Scam Person using VENMO. The tickets were to be transferred into my Stub Hub account once the VENMO transaction was complete. The ticket transfer never happened. I had paid for the tickets via VENMO immediately following the transaction the seller blocked my calls and took the add down. Never sent the tickets. I had pleaded my case to the VENMO team and VENMO decided in my favor and returned the stolen money. Thank You VENMO for addressing this issue and covering the funds lost in this scam I cannot say thank you enough. Marty

Horsey Wind pump NorfolkA comprehensive tourist trap. Expensive parking, Expensive facilities and ridiculously expensive cafe.Visited today with the intention of taking pictures from the top of the windmill. £4 minimum parking fee. £7 per person to climb mill and one look at the price of a coffee and we left. Foolishly we paid for parking then we left.

My HP Elitebook laptop isn't compatible with Windows 11, despite advertising at the time of purchase that claimed it was. Personally, I can't afford to throw away a laptop every time MS changes its software. The planet can't afford it either. Goodbye HP, it's been nice knowing you.

No way to cancel the subscription online. Chat with customer service was endless, cutting off the chat by asking to log out and log in again... smart... You loose the energy to start the conversation all over again.
