We initially used care.com to look for a child care assistant, I thought I was signing up to a 1 month period, little did I know that meant they would charge it every month.When I tried to cancel it on their website, my access to the account was restricted, and I could no longer confirm the cancellation.I emailed them to confirm that my subscription was cancelled, they confirmed it, well 2 months later they are still collecting payments. I had to change my bank details.Such behaviour is unacceptable and likely intentional.They take advantage of young families and this deserves to be highlighted in the wider media.
