bad iPlayer interface; poor quality of news; some good series

This once great institution no longer offers the quality it used to. Fake news is allowed with the excuse of having to show both sides of the argument.iPlayer interface is terrible: it automatically starts playing random things I do not want to watch after I finish watchin something. Also cannot save my favorite programmes, so quite a hassle to use.Still has some good series, but I would expect more for the high fees/tax we have to pay for it.

Nest not loyal to their customers

Spent good money on the nest thermostat a number of years ago for our summer house. It still works good but now Nest is getting greedy and the first and second gen thermostats will not be supported after October 25th 2025. Now to be able to control or see the temp of your home that is not inhabited a new $300 upgrade is needed. They can't just be loyal to the customers who were loyal to them. Very disheartening!

I ordered 2x waterkoker from Bol.com…

I ordered 2x waterkoker from Bol.com last Thursday around 8pm just because they promised to deliver it the second day within 24 hours, as it was an urgent needs. I was expecting and waiting for the whole weekend to receive the order, but they didn't deliver the second day, nether the third. Not even mention it is a very easy access address in Amsterdam. Contacted Bol.com this morning and being told I need to pick up in some service point. So bad service and not meeting their promises.

Horrible

Horrible, been waiting for 5+ hours for a tow. Have been a member for 10 years and the time i need to have my car towed this is what happens. Don't waste your money. Just save it and call a towing company when needed. Will be cancelling my membership. Called 3 times and get the same run around. Terrible.

Review of parallels

Extremely Happy with Parallels

I couldn't be happier with Parallels on my 2019 Macbook Pro. I have a limited but essential amount of work that requires Windows, and Parallels is extremely convenient. Performance is excellent, and the integration between the two platforms is especially nice. I use my Windows laptop on very rare occasions now. Very occasional need to reset Parallels, otherwise no issues.

I am a disabled person and I need a driving cart to shop. The Frys Kroeger market near me has several carts but most are broken or do not run properly. I have been stuck in aisles and had to he rescued. Other Frys markets I have visited have properly functioning carts. I complained to the manager and was told they have made several attempts to resolve this problem . Please help our disabled shoppers!

TikTok is so bad they encourage…

TikTok is so bad they encourage negativity and hate. It’s so messed up. I had two accounts and used two different phones. I would post from my main account and use my other account to check my post. I would block and delete posts, and when I checked from my other phone the posts would still be there so basically nothing was deleted, just made invisible. I was like why is this post still here I just blocked and deleted it? They are messy as hell. They chose to make me viral and it was out of control. Don’t create a TikTok account. The algorithms are creepy…..the formulas are geared towards black people and racism. So much racism and unfairness. Like I said I had two accounts and I experienced such trifling tragedies that I screen shot thank god

He also contacted those same providers to get in touch with me and followed up with detailed, very helpful emails with additional advice. I was really grateful for his wonderful help. It saved me a lot of time, too.

Ignore the bad reviews - Their just not smart enough to figure out stuff themselves

Ignore the bad reviews. You have to be somewhat intelligent to build an effective workflow with smartsheet, or pay for consulting. I respect a company that doesn't want to deal with unintelligent people, and avoids spending millions on a customer service team to answer stupid questions. They're spending their money in development (new features constantly). I searched high and low back in 2017 for an effective platform that would grow with any type of business. I'm a small business owner, under 10 million. I was under 1 million back in 2017. AGAIN, building an effective workflow will require purchasing consulting services but longterm it will be worth it. Enterprise version, dynamic view add on, pivot, data mesh, calendar app. All worth it, I have them. If you aren't evolving with tech you'll end up in your competitors dust. I didn't purchase consulting services and learned everything myself. Utilize Zapier for web hooks / connections. Fillable forms, outlook connect, + 1,000s more. Spend the time on tech and less time finding lazy office people who sit on social media and ignore important business matters. Less talk more action is smart sheets slogan. Thankfully they don't answer unintelligent questions, and work on their company. Alex Kahn has been a super helpful rep, I think he's the 3rd one I've been on and he's the absolute best, and I plan on utilizing smartsheet for life. Tech evolves by the minute these days. Don't kid yourself into believing the money isn't worth spending to be come more efficient.
