The “housekeeper” ghosted me. Jessica had all sorts of excuses. Poor business skills. No idea about her other work skills. My daughter is getting married on Saturday. I had a very specific request for a housekeeper to come on Tuesday for three hours. The provider communicated very effectively on the care platform that she would be here at 5:30 PM. It seems that she used a telephone number that I had put onto the Care* website to communicate to me at 2:30 PM that she wasn’t going to be able to come. I never got that because the number I had on the Platform was wrong. Instead of area code 330, it said 340. The provider is from this area If she had tried to call the telephone number, it would not have gone through. She texted, and then assumed since I didn’t answer that she could just make other plans for the evening. We had communicated online on the Care* platform back-and-forth about four times the night before and everything was set.Then she ghosted meI regret using care and will pass that along to everybody I know
