If I can put no stars, I would I don’t know how I came this far but I’ve been with AT&T almost 2 years. I still have a YEAR and 5 months to go Come to find out I’m under a contract that they will not let me get out of. I lost my job due to health issues. they will not let me return the phone, even if it’s in great condition They want to bill me $400 remaining on the phone, but they will not let me return the phone they will not let me leave the contract. I would not recommend AT&T to anybody not even my worst enemy. AT&T sucks, including when I have no service or signal they don’t reverse me What I missed AT&T sucks. Do not I repeat do not switch or make contact with them.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Agoda. I made a hotel booking through their app, and it showed a notification saying “booking not confirmed.” This caused panic, and to avoid losing my accommodation, I made another booking.Later, both bookings were confirmed, and I was charged for both.When I contacted Agoda to explain that this was caused by their system’s incorrect notification—not my mistake—they refused to issue a full refund. Their offer was a small partial compensation that doesn’t even come close to covering the full amount I was charged.To make things worse, the hotel staff even mentioned that this is not the first time this has happened with Agoda customers. Yet, Agoda continues to avoid accountability and passes the responsibility elsewhere.I’m now stuck paying for two bookings when I only needed one—all because of Agoda’s app showing the wrong status.Agoda should be protecting customers, not punishing them for their own technical errors. I will not be booking through Agoda again unless they take ownership and resolve this fairly.⚠️ Warning to Other Agoda Users:If the Agoda app shows a message saying “booking not confirmed,” do not immediately make another booking. Please double-check your booking status through email or your account first and confirmed with their customer service.I believe this could be a tactic—or a serious system flaw—that leads customers to panic and book again, only to be charged for both stays and Agoda refused to take proper responsibility for the issue.This is the second time this has happened to me, and now I genuinely believe this is not just a system error—it feels like a deliberate trick. The app shows a notification saying the booking is not confirmed, causing panic, and pushing you to book again. Then suddenly both bookings are confirmed, and you’re charged for both. Refused to let me raise a complaint.Spoke to Spencer today 11:22 29.12.2023 and they would not let me raise a complaint or deal with my issue. They said a manger would get back to me but don't believe it for one second. Also when I asked to raise a subject access request I will told I couldn't.

I am sad that this has to be said about the National Trust, but I too cancelled my membership after many years. Here is why. We have (or had) a joint Membership and visited the estates several times a week, and enjoyed it very much. Then came the reaction to a coronavirus, which closed everything down. Unlike most membership institutions, they could have froze the membership or extended, but no. Then their over conservative approach to opening some estates which measure (local to me) 1000 acres. No cafes no shop despite most of U.K. getting back to work. A booking system which is pitiful and always sold out. I hear they are prioritising non-members over members. Presumably to bring in more cash. We cancelled our membership, and the gift membership we bought our daughter is useless. The management team should be removed and replaced with a team who are capable of running national assets for its members and the population. Wake up, and open up. Otherwise the slide into the doldrums is upon you. PS would you like me to run it for you.

I was sent faulty equipment. The phone port on the back of the machine does not work. I have called 4 different times and had the phone company check my phone line, which is working properly. I was told to use it wirelessly which My employer will not allow me to do. I was also told if I sent the new machine back I would receive a refurbished machine after paying for a new machine. I have figured out a work around but should not have to do that when I was sent faulty new equipment. This has been a horrible experience and worthless experience. Hewlett packard needs to rethink their customer services when using people who do not understand the equipment. I know more about it than the person I am talking too.

This is the worst of the worst! Students get bad grades due to glitches in the software. They should be banned from paying educational institutions. No good at all for college students. If your college uses Cengage transfer schools ASAP your grades will suffer badly.
