Out of the last 10 bookings I’ve made, 7 of them have no call, no showed the morning of the booking. Several, even after confirming they would be coming the night before. 2 have messaged me late the night before saying they couldn’t come but care didn’t send me a notification About the message until the following morning. I’m looking in to other nannying agencies because at this point the unreliability is affecting my own job security.
