I am amazed that All4 can get away with so many ads. It's bad enough that we haven't experience them elsewhere but on this particular streaming the breaks are too frequent, too long, and too repetitive. I just turn the sound off and read a paragraph or two of a magazine article with regular glances at the screen to catch when I need to resume my viewing.
