I’ve been with Chase for quite some time, but I recently made a payment to my Chase Unlimited Freedom credit card (used to be Chase Slate but Chase changed it) and they inaccurately applied part of my payment. I called twice and I wrote a letter requesting that they correctly apply my payment and they insist they cannot do so - in spite of them never having done this before. They say they haven’t changed their policy, but I believe this to be untrue. Chase is ripping off customers like myself - part of the current culture of GREED and CORRUPTION - which is encouraged by the new administration.Shame on you Chase! Your Greed and Corruption will catch up to you!!
