Paid the diamond annual subscription. Enjoyed it until game freezes ruined play and then periods lasting over a week where simply couldn’t login! Customer service take over 2-weeks to respond to emails to rectify things which is shocking. Then they promised a full refund but paid back the wrong amount. So after 4months their appalling customer support has still not resolved my problem. I will never use them again. Lichess, chess24 or chesstempo are superb in comparison

A phone was traded in, and AT&T is trying to confuse customers saying customers did this, and that at the point where it's confusing, but stealing money from individuals for almost $3,000of dollars for services I don’t have with them. I've been with them forever and being treated like a slave.

After being a AAA member for 10 years and never using them, thinking we would be covered if anything happened to a vehicle, found out WRONG! While out with our camp trailer (which was still attached to the tow vehicle), we blew a tire; after we found out the drive on fix a flat wasn't high enough and jack wasn't high enough (1 - 2" is all that was needed), I called AAA to get a little assistance. At first, I was told we will send somebody out, after clicking the link sent there was a call by a representative that told me "Due to the fact the flat is on your RV, you only have basic service, I will provide you with phone #'s that might be able to help you, if you want your RV covered you need to sign up for Commercial service", none of which was helpful. After creative unsafe ways to get the camp trailer up the 1 - 2" needed, we got the trailer tire changed out. After our camp trip, I wrote AAA requesting cancellation of the member as well as refund of the $165 annual renewal fee. Still haven't heard back from AAA on the refund of the renewal fee and membership cancellation.

Songkick rocks! 'Nuff said.I bought tickets off Craigslist and they made the transfer process easy and smooth. It took a bit of time but they had to confirm with the seller.I felt secure using their services and when the tickets arrived, they came in this great black envelope. Way better than Ticketmaster!All of my interactions with their customer service team were awesome. Their HR crew knows how to pick the right people!

I have to agree with the person who wrote the review below. I’ve been paying for a subscription for the past 18 months. I kept paying our subscription, even though my husband has had to take a pay cut recently, as I’d hoped they would give some priority to their members when they eventually opened their properties. I logged on first thing this morning and ALL slots were gone as they were open to non-members too. So disappointing that they only release one week slots at a time so most likely it looks like we’ll never get a chance to go to one of the gardens we pay every month for. Very disappointed and I will be cancelling my membership now as I’ve paid for 6 months recently without attending any NT properties.

Incredibly hard to stop automatic renewal.^ This should not happen in 2018.No reply from email helpdesk.No reply from Singaporean (regional) contact center (phone gets picked up, but no sound).Cannot Recommend.LPT: If you want to get an Economist "promo" subscribtion, use a fake name and buy a Mastercard Gift Card with cash.Update 28/6/18: Received reply. Renewal cancelled.PS: The Economist is a very good publication, but it needs to get it's act together. I live in a block of units, and (at no fault of the Economist) 1 in 3 issues ends up either soggy/wet or in a neighbour's mailbox - Hence my reason for cancelling.I'll just revert to getting my copies from the news stand like I always did.

In Costa at lakeside and started a looking at the cakes and see 3 flys all over the cars and buns. Reported to the staff and got they can do nothing about it. Am I thinking they should take the cakes/buns out of the display and be thrown away. I know its coming to the end of the day or close to closing time. But I find this very unprofessional of the staff. Can say will not be eating in here again. Shame really as I love Costa and cheeky bun.
