When I first joined Chegg over a year ago, I was thrilled that I could get answers and receive help within the hour. Now, for several months, I have posted questions that haven't been answered, and after a few days, my question is refunded. This leads me to believe that the people who work at Chegg are either not smart enough to be working there or lazy. I am very disappointed because I was a loyal customer. I'm going to cancel my subscription. I would like a refund for my monthly subscription as most of my questions were never answered.
