Chipole is one I the few places I can go to eat gluten free and feel safe. They did great preparing it, changing gloves and utensils and retrieving the ingredients from off the common place line.It was very busy and customers were lined up all the way outside. I was disappointed they didn't apologize for the wait but the reason I write this and take time out of my busy demanding day is because the chicken bowl was uneditable. The chicken was gummy and chewy and I literally had to spit it out.I thought it was just the one piece but it was EVERY piece. It ruined my meal- and I'm more than disappointed. I'm still hungry.This was at the tinley park Illinois location
