Wow. I have never dealt with a more incompetent & lazy tech support. After LITERALLY verifying my ID twice, once on my iphone with drivers license and a 2nd time after clearing my cache on my laptop. The agent asks me to verify a 3rd time. And I can actually access my account but when I try to update my phone number, because everyone keeps the same # their entire lives right!? I ask to speak to a manager. Blatently IGNORED! I asked multiple times! The customer service agent ignored me on multiple repeated attempts to get someone like an actual live person on the phone or some sort of supervisor. I was literally planning on investing about 7 figures into my account. I also should add I have literally been trying to fix this issue since the account was created. I feel like I am being black listed from using the platform. Oh Luigi’s! What ever shall we do!? Leaving this negative review is VITAL. It’s HONEST. I hate leaving negative reviews but I strongly as a youtuber, small business owner, VOTER, feel, it is important that businesses be held accountable for errors. I demand an explanation and someone actually call me. Which if they had any decency they would but likely will not. Issues like this and you expect me to invest 7 figures with your firm!?
