Ok, so it has worst support ever, human most likely not exist on this company. I have been trying to took my old account down for weeks since that old account (I do not have access to old email / old phone number / old phone) contain my legal name on its URL which is reasonable. I was trying most difference way possible to contact them. The email got no hope, reporting the profile and got replied with bot said it does not violating community standards. WE EVEN GOT TUTORIAL TO CONTACT HUMAN FACEBOOK ON YOUTUBE???? This is just too rediculous. There is no clear way of contacting human.

when I have used a search engine to look for an event which I know is listed on Eventbrite and open the link to that page, an error message appears. I eventually found the page by looking at the events being hosted by the organizer but for anyone without that information, (ie potential customers who would buy tickets) the difficulty of finding the page would result in lost tickets saies. From the perspective of someone making events, the site is user-hostile, and when help is sought, frustratingly and unhelpfully the 'contact us' tab loops back to the page asking if you need help.

My daughter bought tickets for Toosii’s meet and greet at the Rod Wave’s Last Lap Tour on Dec 16, 2024; she and numerous other ppl didn’t get to meet him because they never got wrist bands to be able to go to the area to do do. The ppl with VIP tix met him. I don’t know who dropped the ball but there should have been a VIP ticket and if they bought the meet and greet (which were separate) should have had another wrist band for that. And the ppl who bought the meet and greet tickets should have had that same band . My daughter was disappointed because she had been waiting to see him. And Vystar Memorial didn’t have it set up correctly. There should have been two separate set ups… because there were 2 type tickets. Vystar Veterans memorial assumed that the ppl with VIP were the only ones with Meet and Greet access but didn’t realize that anyone could have bought them regardless of the seat status. So, there were a lot of ppl that didn’t get to meet him that bought the tix. I work for a company and was there… so I was trying to assist but things weren’t set up correctly. Our briefing only talked about the VIPs and they weren’t even sure on how the meet and greet is supposed to work. How would those ppl get a refund on their tickets? Ppl paid $100 to meet him. I know there were at least 10 disappointed ppl with my daughter who didn’t meet him. ( Now you can hire me to be in charge of the Meet and Greets because clearly someone cannot handle that job. ) Is there a way for you to see if tickets were scanned or not for that? Also, how can this be rectified and my daughter and numerous others be reimbursed? I tried talking to Ticketmaster and the Vystar Memorial Person but they were no help. Please assist . Yolanda D

We order from lego a lot and normally everything goes well, however sometimes things can go wrong and we had a problem with a failed delivery.Lego sent us a replacement without hassle.I've spoken to them another time to cancel an item and they were easy to talk to and quick to resolve.

This company exists because of laws that are not meant to be broken but doesn't act or care.CCTV cameras facing into our property and boundaries. They say it's not allowed and write a standard letter to the people harassing us with CCTV which mentions at the end that if they don't comply they won't act further. What is the point. Just a waste of a company.The met police are refusing to send me data I requested and they do nothing. They tell them to act and when they don't they say they are within their rights.This job must be the easiest in the world.You tell an organisation to do right and if they don't they step away.The 1 star reviews says it all.

I really enjoy my shopping time in Target! The store is very well-organized, with items neatly arranged, and I can easily navigate through it. I always find interesting things that I didn't even think I needed. The prices are reasonable, so I can afford most of the items.

I have used Kroger online shopping many times. This time, as several other times however, was so horrible, I am done shopping with them! I put together an order totaling over $100 and went to my "cart" to check out. For over 38 minutes the site spun in circles, wouldn't let me check out and I tried calling customer service and doing a chat for help. Today, no-one picked up the phone at customer service for almost 10 minutes, so in essence I was delayed over 48 minutes checking out! I waited over five minutes for a chat assistance and I wrote in the chat box that I was upset with the wait. In 2 seconds, a flash phrase came over the screen stating that the "chat was unavailable at this time!" REALLY? So, too bad Kroger, I will be shopping somewhere else! This has happened way too many times and you need to fix your website or the rest of your online shoppers will also leave. I did enjoy the refrigerated delivery, but I just don't have time to wait for the website to stops spinning in place! Oh, one !ore thing, don't send pregnant workers with a delivery order that contains heavy items! The one you sent us refused to bring our order into our home as they normally do, making my elderly husband carry items in! If she can't lift cases of water, roll the grocery crates inside, etc., send a muscular partner with her! PLEASE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER.

Wow. I have never dealt with a more incompetent & lazy tech support. After LITERALLY verifying my ID twice, once on my iphone with drivers license and a 2nd time after clearing my cache on my laptop. The agent asks me to verify a 3rd time. And I can actually access my account but when I try to update my phone number, because everyone keeps the same # their entire lives right!? I ask to speak to a manager. Blatently IGNORED! I asked multiple times! The customer service agent ignored me on multiple repeated attempts to get someone like an actual live person on the phone or some sort of supervisor. I was literally planning on investing about 7 figures into my account. I also should add I have literally been trying to fix this issue since the account was created. I feel like I am being black listed from using the platform. Oh Luigi’s! What ever shall we do!? Leaving this negative review is VITAL. It’s HONEST. I hate leaving negative reviews but I strongly as a youtuber, small business owner, VOTER, feel, it is important that businesses be held accountable for errors. I demand an explanation and someone actually call me. Which if they had any decency they would but likely will not. Issues like this and you expect me to invest 7 figures with your firm!? I will invest elsewhere. And tell anyone that likes crypto to use your competition. I also have your employees name and I am a social engineer. We hunt 2 legged deer. I kept the chat logs.
