We have had a fantastic customer success POC in Heather McClure. She has been incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. The only glitch we've had is when the system was having problems (not updating information) and we weren't proactively informed. The help desk process was initially frustrating but when I got them on the phone it went much smoother. Had they sent out a notification that the system was having problems we would have saved ourselves a lot of time and frustration.
