I had the misfortune of booking a hotel on this website. Upon arrival, the receptionist told me that the room was "not available" due to "overbooking".I immediately reported the issue to Agoda customer service. Their employee said he would call the property within 15 minutes. The receptionist and I waited for his call, but no call came. I then asked why that hotel is even allowed to advertise on Agoda, to which they didn't give a reply. They also tried to call me so that I wouldn't have written evidence of their response.I have just checked on their website again: that hotel is still advertising! Meaning no action was taken.

I know that with Coronavirus things are bad but really! My husband and I did a delivery order and didn't get 10 of our items. We are seniors and didn't want to go to the store and catch something. Well we didn't get hamburger to make meals so we need to go shopping or different condiments for our meal. What a disappointment! I will never do a delivery again. Oh and we ordered our groceries on Tuesday the 17th we didn't get our groceries till Saturday. On a positive note the girls that delivered our groceries did come at the time we were promised.

We have had a fantastic customer success POC in Heather McClure. She has been incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. The only glitch we've had is when the system was having problems (not updating information) and we weren't proactively informed. The help desk process was initially frustrating but when I got them on the phone it went much smoother. Had they sent out a notification that the system was having problems we would have saved ourselves a lot of time and frustration.
