Costco – Overrated & Frustrating!

I’ve been a loyal Costco member for years, but my last few visits have been awful. The checkout lines are ridiculously long, the staff either ignore you or act annoyed when you ask for help, and good luck finding parking without wasting 15 minutes circling the lot.To top it off, I returned a defective appliance and had to argue with three different employees just to get a refund. Their "customer service" is a joke – slow, unhelpful, and full of excuses. Even the food court isn’t worth the hassle anymore.The only reason this isn’t 1 star is because the prices are still decent. But honestly? Sam’s Club is faster, cleaner, and actually treats customers with respect. Costco needs to step up their game before I cancel my membership for good.
