Costco‘s delivery service is a joke. They send me an email 9 o’clock at night before the delivery. The next day giving me the time I need to be home for a TV delivery. They don’t check with me to make sure I’m gonna be home they just decide to send me a two hour window where I need to be home to take delivery. I called to try to change it and the same thing will happen that will give me another day but will not give me the delivery window until the night before. Costco get your crap together.
