Be cautious with this site. They claim certain features are available with a paid plan, but after purchasing, you’ll find they aren’t accessible. They explain that the official help page I viewed was refering to the old system, and these features aren’t available in the new one. It’s been a terrible experience; you can’t customize your web as desired. I recommend avoiding this service and dont trust anything you see in their Help pages!Update: Raising my rating to 4 stars because they refunded my money, but I still lost a lot of time building a site that is now useless to me.

Completely incompetent. Asked for a manager's review. After 2 months called and asked where this was. Oh they forgot to press 'send' on the email. It was in drafts. When I said 'that's ridiculous'. The call handler put the phone down on me saying 'I don't have to put up with that'. I phoned back and asked if they recorded the conversation as the phone handler was being ridiculous - but no they do not. The whole system is completely broken. I cannot believe I pay these people's salaries. What a waste of time and money. That and they seem to have an extremely limited view of data protection.

I have been nwith Amazon Prime for 15 years and they have crumbled. It seems there is no limit to how much Amazon want to profit. I recently purchased hearing amplifiers for over £200. On arrival one side was not working. I opened a return , which usually is very fast, however they are now saying that it will be 14 Days for a refund. This is despite asking for a refund to my Amazon account. Customer service just kept repeating it will take 14 Days. I then attemopted to leave a review for the item, and guess what, it has been removed, however it is still listed under a different listing with the same seller, model number etc. This looks like a way of avoiding bad reviews. The new listing has exactlky the same reviews as the item i purchased. I refuse to carry on paying foir such an atrocious service.

i transferred from my bank to crypto.com and it took over 48 hours and when i am about to exchange it to my preferred coin, my money was locked and i am unable to send to Grindbeam where it needs to be. i have messaged the support since 27th June nothing has been done yet i hope they fix this soon so i can get what i have to do done and don't miss out on promotional offers where i'msending to.

I owned an iPhone, an iPad, and two iMacs. Everything changed when I lost all my data from the drive of my iMac, including the backup drive. Apple’s support told me it was because the backup drive hadn’t been purchased from an Apple Store. They restored my computer and sold me a new backup drive from their official store.Six months later, I lost all my data again. Both the iMac and the "official" Apple backup drive were corrupted. Nothing could be recovered. I lost all the data from my business.That was the breaking point — I decided to stop working with Apple altogether. Since switching to Windows, my computers cost me one-third of the price, and my backups on Google Drive work perfectly without any issues. I now use Samsung phones and tablets for my family, and we've never had a single problem.A disastrous experience with Apple that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
