Had an annual subscription of "coursera plus" that ended.I forgot to cancel renewal (my fault) and was billed full price.When i noticed, contacted support through chat and got immediate refund no question asked. Shout out for honoring your refund policy.Also, loved the platform, many great courses. Will definitely be back when i get enough time to start another course.Thanks
