Nothing new, same issues, terrible customer service, no phone number, no email, hard to navigate the site to be even able to contact them. They have been charging me for over a year after the 'free trial' for a course I had no intention of taking and sending automated responses of - sorry no refund - even though I haven't even logged on their website in over a year! Complete ripoff!
