Review of eventbrite
If you wish to purchase tickets for every night of a performance (as family/friends will do) I am being forced to run a transaction for each night (3 different transactions in this case Fri, Sat, Sun). Each transaction forces a "fee" from EventBrite of$ 2.85, which ends up being $8.55 total ($5.70 profit to EventBrite for this little trick). When I attempted to contact support to see if I was missing something, I have received nothing but automatically generated emails, even when I escalated the issue I got an irrelevant auto-response (and even a link to a "how did we do" survey). I have a hard time believing this little "oversight" is an accident on EventBrite's part and is probably a tool they use to increase revenue. Best part about this, is that there are other providers and I will be speaking with anyone hosting events in the future about finding one that doesn't behave this way, and lets families buy tickets to see their loved ones in one purchase.

I made a payment on 6/27 and they put it on someone else's account. I have spent days upon stays and hours upon hours trying to fix this. 2 times at&t requested a transfer and could not do it due to not having a read to this other persons account. They ask me for their passcode. It’s not my account, how would I have access. They say it is not their fault because I paid on the phone. Are you kidding me, that number is the number you gave to me on the email to call. Once I pay off this phone, I will never use their service again. At&y is horrible at customer service. T-mobile’s actual service is not as good, however they bend over backward to keep you happy when they mess up. I miss T-MOBILE AND WILM RUN BACK AS SOON AS I can. AT&T you are so disorganized. You could not find my payment twice even with my confirmation number you guys emailed me. You emailed me the transfer was successful and it was not. When I did have 2 services with you, you could not link the accounts. For such a big company you Guys are so horrible with the tools your reps have to solve your clients issues.

They took a booking although the restaurant was shut. We didn't realise it was Christmas hours. We were travelling an hour to meet friends who were also coming a long distance. We'd had the automated confirmation too. Luckily my daughter realized on searching for the destination, we rerouted but very shoddy service. I shall also contact the restaurant to complain. I shall never use this site again.

I'm going to have to access customer service to cancel because the button "isn't working" First of I signed up through easybib. To manage account I have to go through chegg. But being logged into one doesn't mean I'm logged into the other. So they're hoping you forget the login info because you used it as a trial on one paper and then when you go to cancel you can't get in. Then on chegg, website is hiding the subscription info. When you find it, the button to cancel says it can't process order. Then when it works, the cancel button on the "are you sure" screen doesn't work. I have video of this. Disgusting Nice scam, scumbags

There is no customer service. Just next to none. Beyond “copy paste” what the tour operator says. Our rather expensive tour did not go as planned, we were fully charged and got a different service, last minute ..without notice. none of this we could influence. We were provided with a service i purchased for next day, so tried to cancel, but we could not cancel, this was just rigid No,,”here what is your operator say” .So at this stage we got an expensive tour we provided with less/different service and another i paid in vain, and not a help in sight.

Payed for a yearly subscription. Given spotify the payment transaction yet they have not activated my premium account . The customer service is useless . It's been over a week and no specific update from them as to why the delay . The ads keep playing after 2 songs and bcuz of their stupidity and incompetence I can't listen to music anymore .

Ever tried to contact the National Trust? They don't answer emails and their call centre keeps you on hold for ages and then cuts you off. I have been trying to cancel automatic renewal since 18th May 2023, it appears they are only interested in taking your money and once you have signed up for auto renewal make it difficult if not impossible to stop it.

I purchased the HP Office Jet Pro 8025e All-in, One -Printer back in February - it was delivered on March 2. I KNEW straight away that something was wrong. I had the four brand new cartridges, did all of the necessary unwrapping and inserted them gingerly - and I get the cartridge error message. I called the merchant and they said it was under HP warranty for a year - just pay us monthly and get lost. So I called HP a few weeks later - and we did virtual troubleshooting - NOTHING changed, The very same a few months later in the May - there was a death in my family in June and I was waylaid. Now here it is, the precipice of November and I spent nearly three hours with some wonderful techs - and the SAME CARTRIDGE ISSUE remains. I have new cartridges, of course - and the message is to install the original ones that DID NOT work. I haven't printed a bubble gum wrapper - and I am paying for the **bleep** thing every month, I maintain that this printer was a factory lemon or there is clearly something askew between the cartridge and its holder - whatever the case, my warranty runs out in three months and I will be stuck with a pile of junk - I think not, I will write to the executive office and Trustpilot and get satisfaction - and I will NEVER by any HP product ever again - though kudos and accolades to the magnificent support team assembled here - sorry for the rant. I want a REPLACEMENT PRINTER OR A FULL REFUND - PERIOD - FULL STOP!

Absolute nightmare trying to contact this company. The call back service is never working. Over 2 hours on WhatsApp chat, I can only assume the agent is dealing with multiple enquiries at the same time. I would also advise people to avoid instant ink offers. Not as straightforward as it seems

I had a death in the family and was preoccupied and just forgot to make a payment on about 6 different cards and with my Amex I paid the late fee and didn’t just catch up the payment I paid the entire $7000.00 balance off…that’s a lot of money for me… just to then have them decreased my credit limit by 85% and report my late payment which instantly took me from about a 690 to a 500 thanks Amex you guys suck ass
