Lacking in customer service and the ability to quickly solve issues.

I have been a member of Creative Market since it first launched. Over the years the customer service has gone downhill. The response times are ridiculous and in turn puts projects behind due not being able to quickly resolve issues. Most recently, I was trying to renew my account. I was unable to renew due to an expired credit card on account, I updated the card and could not renew. I sent an email to customer service, heard nothing back for well over a week. In the meantime, they cancelled my account. Then, I get an automated email from them giving me useless information. All of this could've been solved with a 10 minute phone call. Working with Creative Market customer service is like trying to break into Fort Knox, virtually impossible to get anywhere
