I required a few zoom sessions to help me understand and setup filters. First session was a free 20 min zoom call for general tech support which was with Irene. Irene was really helpful and clearly very knowledgeable, but there is only so much you can achieve in 20 minutes. I have since had 2 additional paid zoom calls - both calls were with Daria. I'm so impressed with the quality of the support. The knowledge Daria has along with her communication skills were so good that I actually enjoy the experience of learning from her and it was so satisfying to see the site being built the way I imagined it. Now I want to apply every crocoblock feature that is suitable for my site because I am confident I will be able to get it done right with this level of professional tech support. Highly recommend!!
