i have given up with Facebook thanks to its new request for a video selfie , i do not have a camara on my pc and have blocked the one on my phone duto scammers using deep scams (using vidio pretending to be me scamming my family ) i wont tag my self and have asked others not to tag me in photos i did try to open another account with a new e-mail address but face book have also blocked that asking for a video , for safety im betterer of not having an account

Canva has made my daily work much more faster and easier. they have lots of templates that can be used for routine designs and day-to-day work. I'm not a professional designer and Canva has helped me a lot. One thing that can be better is the website speed.

I've been a paid customer of Canva since 2014, but oh boy, I hate the new 2024 UI and UX. It is so clustered and destructive. The old one was simple to use and very effective. Also, the new layout constantly crashes and freezes. Canva, similar to Apple, is going backward. I hope Canva will go back to simplicity and not showing off. Once this is done I might review this feedback.

Having sent a complaint to Best Western and to bookings.com and having not received any replies therefore I thought I should share my recent experience with a Best western Hotel in Sofia Bulgaria.The hotel name is hotel Lozenets 23 Sveti Naum Blvd, Lozenets, Sofia, 1421 Bulgaria. Our reservation was for the evening of the 2nd April 2021. At midnight on the 1st April Bulgaria announced it was extending its lockdown restrictions due to coronavirus hence all shops restaurants etc would be closed and only essential travel was permitted. The reason for our trip was to celebrate my wife and daughters birthdays, because of the restrictions it made it almost impossible for us to now travel. Early morning on the 2nd I contacted the hotel to ask if I could change the date of our intended visit and was told I would have to call back later and talk to the manager. In the meantime I contacted booking.com who rang the hotel who declined to change our dates as it was their policy not to. I then rang the hotel to ask them why they would not during a pandemic adjust their rules to accommodate me and was told by the manager that she would not change the rules and she could not help me and I could hear her laughing to I assume a colleague. I find it appalling that during a time of emergency that people cannot help others but are happy to mock them and their misfortune. A hotel chain of this magnitude should not be employing people like these and should be taking huge steps to ensure behaviour like this does not occur. If it is a Best Western hotels policy not to allow people to change dates then I'm extremely disappointed in them. If hotels are permitted to run their own policies how can they call themselves Best Western as i would have thought that the credibility of the chain relies on standards and uniformity. I have used Best western including hotel Lozenets in the past but I will certainly not use them in the future. As a very large hotel chain that cannot be bothered to respond in any fashion tells me that the only driving factor behind them is greed. Goodbye Best Western you have lost another customer and I do hope that the rude manageress one day gets her comeuppance.Georgina Mason

I bought a smart watch from Amazon which very quickly malfunctioned. I followed the returns procedure only to later discover that my refund was given to me in the form of an Amazon gift card. This is illegal in the UK, the trading standards regulations state very clearly that the refund should be made in the same way the customer paid unless they specifically request otherwise. After 40 minutes speaking to customer care my refund was transferred to my credit card. I still have not had the refund. Won't be using Amazon again.

Customer Service is absolutely awful !!! I found it impossible to speak with anyone. The "chat" option is a complete waste of time, I went through the process of opening up a ticket (the only option on chat, as the phone number supplied did not exist). Their response to me opening up a ticket was to send me an email directing me to open up another ticket. I actually opened up 6 tickets in this repetitive waste of time. DO NOT use McAfee Antivirus !!

I really loved using Typeform for the visually appealing and user-friendly interface. Designing the survey was extremely easy and fun. Everyone who filled out my survey was able to navigate it very quickly and easily. I also liked the way the results were presented to me, and I was able to use the data very effectively for my professional purposes.

We have only managed to book and visit one site this year but the NT refuses to cancel our membership. As a lifelong supporter of the organisation, I'm shocked to be treated in the is way...we won't be joining again. A contract is meant to be two way and they are simply not providing their side of the agreement at the moment.
