My customer experience was exceptional with Alyssa the assistant manager from the Crocs Outlet store in Limerick, Pa. I took my twins to the store on 9/2/23 and bought 2 pairs crocs - after going to the food court - the crocs were stolen and they were devastated. We contacted security and they could not help.I called the store on 9/5/23 to see if someone returned them and told Alyssa the story - where she immediately contacted the district manager who allowed her to mail us the same crocs. Alyssa texted me the tracking number and they arrived on 9/9/23. Alyssa went above and beyond to make sure my twins got their crocs. There should be more people like Alyssa who provide exceptional customer service.
