Would have been a zero if that were an option. Wish I had read these reviews below before I ordered. Ordered shoes at the start of November and contacted customer service to be told the robot response of ‘we are experiencing delays’. Told them I wanted to know where my shoes were to find out they hadn’t even been dispatched. Got a notification they were sent but no one can tell me where they are still. Got annoyed and told them their customer service was pathetic - the worst I had experienced and they told me I was being ‘aggressive’ so terminated my email. Just wow. Whatever you do, do not order online. I have only ever left a review for one other company until now. Not that they care and clearly don’t read reviews or they would actually fix the issues. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. But you can’t tell them that, because they will terminate your communication. Ridiculous. How can a company not read all these reviews and do something about it.
