Rubbish service

Rubbish service,I have contacted them 3 times in one day for the same parcel and every time they said it will definitely be delivered today, I was checking and the parcel didn't move from depot. Don't buy from them they are expensive and don't do the delivery either, they are taking your money, using it and giving refund after 7 days but you are paying straight away. Buy from eBay is cheaper, the same products. On third time I've contacted them after 1 minute of writing 2 words the guy just abandoned me and I was waiting like a stupid for someone to answer but nop they just left the chat like that for me to get mad and shut it down what I have done after 15 min of waiting with no answer anymore. The same issue with parcel not delivered in 2 weeks consecutive, I will definitely stop buying from them .

Terrible. I purchased a design from Creative Market. I have made multiple outreach to Creative Market in how to edit it but have received no response. Very unprofessional. How is it possible that you offer these services without setting up modalities for orienting your buyers. Disappointed beyond belief

Beautiful home decor

Would give five star although some products I purchased were not real sterling silver as posted. I do however love the prices and combined shipping price. Everything came in the time stated. A few little things like a ring was missing a piece. So I was able to get a refund in wish cash which is just as good. The wall clocks are great I've been looking for them for years and wish made it so easy for me to buy two that are just what I was looking for the wall stickers as well are perfect thank you wish for making my home look better without leaving holes in the wall from hanging pictures

Absolutely Fantastic

Having seen some negative views on Trustpilot, spurred me on a little to add my own voice.I'm a recent new member to the National Trust having received a Gift Membership.I've already been to some fantastic properties, with stunning gardens.I'm not interested in the politics side of other peoples reviews, as we all have a view and you cant please everyone or change world history.But thinking that a family membership with 2 adults is £126 per year, I think this represents fantastic value for money. Less money than a large branded Latte per week.

I had posted earlier about my unacceptable experience with Curry's, Knowhow, and LG, with regard to a faulty 65" LG Oled TV.So just a quick update on how crooked these companies actually are. If you read my earlier post it will give you a heads up on the whole debarcle. All 3 companies state that there is nothing wrong with the TV, unfortunately my pictures, videos and an independent check show otherwise. LG rang me to state that there was no problem with the picture and it was 100% OK, however I received an email from them a few hours later stating there was a problem with the panel and they could repair it for £2499, the exact amount I paid for it. So LG are you lieing about it being 100% OK to get out of the repair being done under the 5 year warranty or are you lieing about it being faulty to swindle me out of £2499 to repair it, it's either faulty or not. Anyone in the same position as I am with this bunch of crooks, take them to court. Also Curry's are still saying to their customers that they have never had a problem with LG screens, I was stood next to the person who sold me mine who I told about the problems with them, but he continued to lie to his customers, I put them straight. In short go to richer sounds, and buy a Samsung Qled. You get a 6 year no quibble guarantee, (which we are all entitled to by law, so have never understood why people pay for extended warranties) and Samsung guarantee their Qled screens for 10 years.A better TV, a better picture and £1000 cheaper.

Website needs sorted, more often not working than is. Takes way too long to transfer funds. Not clearest to navigate, especially when comes to accessing funds. Will look for a better option next time as 75p per donation plus 2.9% is taken from total, it all adds up. They also add a tip to each donation that if not savvy enough to adjust, can add a substantial amount to your donation.

Messed up my order twice and have…

Messed up my order twice and have different parts and wrong pieces in different colors that make assembly impossible. Clearly boxes were mixed up once again. When issue was raised with customer service I was told they only correct errors once and I’m out the money. I was sent a link to buy a new bookcase instead. This is criminal and I’m appalled an international company can operate this fraudulently.

FED EX SUCKS

This is the crappiest company. They made three attempts and left stickers. They were delivering to a company. I have my store name and hours on the front door.So, out of the three attempts, I was here for two of them. No one came in, no one knocked, they just left a sticker and ran off.Their customer service sucks. And now I have to do all the leg work to get this cellphone delivered. I can't even pick it up.I wish companies knew how crappy Fed Ex is and would quit using them.

Money Hungry Business

I purchased the 3-month subscription with plans to cancel it before it renewed 3 months later. Although I was able to find a person quickly for the care I needed, when I went to cancel my subscription, the representative didn't actually cancel the service on their end and care.com charged me to for a second 3-month subscription. They didn't even have the decency to send an email that they were going to charge me like most other subscription based services do. If they had, I would have been able to contact them yet again to try to cancel the service. When I complained 2 days after being charged, they said there's a no-refund policy, gaslit me, and stiff armed me into not refunding me the money that was unjustly charged. I'm so disappointed in this type of business practice and hopeful that a competitor will come up next to it to have a more fair business practice.

I was surprised at how easy it was to get the hand drawn sample of my cover into a professionally appearing finished product. In two days I had 42 different submissions to choose from The 'winning' artist was easy to work with in making minor adjustments.
