I ordered a pair of Crocs on 6th April, it is now 27th June and still no shoes. I have emailed numerous times, they have responded once on 26th May, still no Crocs. They took my money a couple of days after my order. Customer service is non existent. I understand we are in unprecedented times and if they are struggling to keep up then they should stop sending me offers via email and stop filling up my Facebook trying to get me to buy some more, the should fulfill the orders they already have. Appalling!
