Ashley was my assist for my purchase. I had 2 unfortunate experiences with Tony and Nelson. I called last week 2/26/25 and ordered a Gretsch 5220 Bristol Fog Guitar. Tony took the order and said it was on the way,,,,, Friday he called to say there was only one and it was in the Sacramento store. I said, "check it for damage and if it's a floor model, can I get some money off? I heard nothing over the weekend and when I called him and left a message asking if all was, okay? He texted me that the store in Sacramento was not answering their phone, and the guitar was sold over the weekend! So, I called Guitar Center again to order a different Gretsch and got Nelson. Nelson out me on hold and never came back. Frustrated I called a third time anr this time Ashley answered, heard my rant about Tony and Nelson. Found Nelson and asked status and came back and asked if I* wanted Nelson again. My answer was, thank you Ashley but if you can take my order, I would appreciate it. Ashley was a CHAMP! Please give her an opportunity to continue to help us poor mortals as we navigate through online ordering. She went above and beyond to make my order and my day right! I am so glad I didn't judge GC from Tony and Nelson. Tell them they need to do better. Thank you, Kenny Aguilar

They don't even deserve the one star. Save your money because these people sure don't have any business taking yours. Got stuck in Corpus Christi during Tropical Storm Alberto, and they refused to come pull my car out when the water was nearly up to the door and wanted me to wait until the water had receded. Ok, it was mildly irritating due to my current predicament, but at the end of the day, I understood that the water level may make it difficult. So I have spent all day in my hotel, and come around 9:30 PM, the water is receded, my car is no longer in the water, and the parking lot I'm in is only about ankle deep. Alright, sweet. I could have driven it across the parking lot and hopped the curb to get onto the frontage road so I could re-park my car on higher ground. Only issue was there was a grassy area where my car could potentially get stuck. So I called AAA, explained the situation and how they could simply tow my car through the mud. And not only did they say it has to be completely dry for them to come and help me, but they said they said short distance towing wouldn't be covered under the plan or some ridiculousness to that effect. To add insult to injury, I asked the attendant, "so I'm just s**t out of luck I guess?", to which she replied "yes ma'am." Bottom line: do not waste a penny on this pathetic excuse of a company. They don't deserve it, they don't deserve your patronage. How they even exist is beyond me. I would say they prey on travellers who are at their most vulnerable, but that would imply that they actually bother doing something remotely helpful. You're better off taking your business to your local crackhead who will gladly help you push your car out of floodwater through mud or change a tire for a mere iota of the price! They'll probably do a better job too!

Sold me goods that said on their site 'immediately available' which was untrue. They then ordered it from China. Why not just put an order in for me instead of taking full money.They then sent it to the wrong side of the planet. Nearly 5 months later my order came back to Thomann's ...but they then sold it to someone else. They really do not care about their customers regardless of the BS about how sorry they are after these types of reviews. I could have been a customer for years but not after this my first ever experience. Take your business elsewhere until they change their rotten approach to customers.

Fortunately the support has been very helpful and efficient as I never received the tickets on time.
I really don't understand the choice of songkick to print and send tickets when everything could have been easier and cheaper for the end user if you had chosen to send digital tickets.
Tickets feature has been missing on your platform for a long time but honestly, better not proposing a feature than proposing something with a terrible user experience.

They are terrible, will lock you out of your account and remove your sms verification area code if you are out of country. They will ask for information only available on your account, after being locked in, in order to assist, and they do this all after telling you "unavailable in your country, 7days to remove funds." I am speaking with lawyers as they are theiving off customers.

Cave! Be careful! Whoever looking for an old breviary with fortune, be careful with this company! the worst book buying experience in my life. The German seller returned my book after I return and kept my money. The breviary I received beyond worst and fragile. The arrogant seller said that my returned book is at the Custom office and he has no car to pick it up. Ha, I don’t know how he made reship it to ma again! Fraud! I lost almost $150. Greedy, bad merchant!
