Sent items back luckily I kept the tracking details because if I hadn’t am pretty sure I 100% wouldn’t be getting a refund, I did keep it and it’s still 50/50 I’ll get it, got told 14 days. Day 15 got told another 5-8 working days said it wasn’t good enough it dropped to 3 working days still said it wasn’t good enough got told it will be with me that day it wasn’t oh that was Friday and now the customer service centre is closed till monday
