want to try a membership at the site, saw pricing at 390.000 IDR/year, so I registered and then went to payment page and SURPRISE!! they bills 99.99 euro. so i went to support to ask for an explanation and SURPRISE!! support came like many years later and didn't even bother to read the ticket i was forced to write to summon them and fkin asked what my question is just to disappear a few moments later. spammed my copy-pasted ticket through support and replying the empty email saying 'if we resolved...." and not even bothering to answer. hell yeah!
