Crunchyroll needs to do better

I started using Crunchyroll and things worked for the first three months but things went bad after. Seasons began to disappear that were just brought in. I tried to contact them several times but I got the run around. The last update made it much worse, the beginning seasons were now only five episodes each. I tried to report it and got ignored again. I cancelled my subscription and some woman named Aya got mad at me for leaving an honest negative review. She didn't help me, my problems were never resolved, and I wasted money on a service that I couldn't receive at it's basic level. She is still harassing me over and over again to this day via email. Crunchyroll needs to do better, they need to retrain their employees and hire some better ones to get the service working correctly. I stand behind my words and I have the emails to prove it.
