CNN is now 98% Political Rhetoric

CNN is now 98% political rhetoric...and 2% news. Apparently other than their highly skewed reporting...scratch that...editorializing on the Israeli conflict (pro-Hamas) and major weather events (with no actual details and with reruns of the same catastrophe run over and over and over and over), the only thing happening is the presidential race, salted with a Supreme Court decision or 2. Very, very disappointing as I used to depend on it for my daily news and now barely watch it.

I had the worst experience with Joe…

I had the worst experience with Joe Davis and Audi Rockville. I traded in my car with Joe, and he was by far the most unprofessional person I’ve ever worked with at a dealership. He promised to send the payment via Zelle the next day but failed to do so. After waiting all day Friday without any communication, I sent my son to the dealership on Saturday morning. Joe responded with, "Oh, I thought you got it." Shouldn’t he have confirmed I received payment, especially after I left the car with him for two days? His excuse was that the paperwork was with another person, and we had to wait until Monday for the payment.Joe never took responsibility, nor did he apologize. He then claimed there was nothing he could do because the GM was out of town. My son had to track down the District Manager, Larry Servin, who helped resolve the issue. Even then, when my son picked up the check, Sales Manager Dany Aly showed zero professionalism, failing to apologize or show any empathy. This could’ve been handled without the hassle if Joe had just communicated properly. I will never buy or sell here again, and I recommend others stay away.

Zero customer service & dependable lessons

Preply was at first great- seemed easy to set up lessons, find tutor etc . A month into lessons, I found that it was impossible to reschedule lessons. The system & tutor would write & show on screen a lesson was as requested rescheduled but then you would receive a reminder of a lesson. This glitch ate up 6 lessons! Gone. The tutor was often times unavailable at classtime then when available only able to use what's app. This is difficult for the ability to print class notes. In all the system/ tutor do NOT give you lessons that you pay for- I have canceled service and will be trying a different service. Do not recommend or trust preply.

Preply a big scam

These guys are really pathetic. So my story is , I booked a trail session of 25 min with a teacher and paid some 20 USD and I forgot to attend , reasons - as these guys don’t have a calendar setup for classes and even I forgot to attend the class as I was busy with my office work. Now, fine I admit I forgot but I thought they would reschedule it but omg the else guys don’t have a customer support system at all for users , it’s all bot and stupid bots . I struggled for like 2-3 days no support then I reached out to the tutor that was assigned to me for my trial lesson and he tried to help speaking with the customer support folks ( seems they have a special access ) and those guys were responding to him saying that nothing can be done .So finally I thought I will forget my money, they are a scam and they are doing it really well

To visit the hardly seen Hare Hill in Cheshire...all outdoors and you are lucky if you see 4 visitors on the huge Estate in the week NT want us to pre book 2 days in advance via eventbrite BECAUSE UNLIKE ALL THE REST OF THE COUNTRY THEIR STAFF MUST NOT BE ALLOWED NEAR CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS AT THE GATE. They are going to go bust as I do not see them returning to normal even after the end of June. They will go bust and destroy the heritage sites of the UK. Sack every manager and start again without the Woke dregs who are destroying the NT

Not to impressed with Alibaba

Not to impressed with Alibaba. I ordered three holosun scopes. I should have known it was a scam it was a good deal $100 each. I wanted to buy 20 of them but figured I would just buy three to start with. After buying three nothing was sent they asked for more money for customs which I knew was BS. This seller has good reviews on Alibaba itself. I went through many hoops to try to get my money back and although I did not get my money back I got their company kicked off Alibaba. I had to do a full ride up give him all the information and details. all the details they refused to take any action I sent them more details and more details finally someone listen to me and in about months they kick them off the site. I would never shop Alibaba again.

Have been a Google One subscriber for many years, accepted the Google One AI free trial back in February and before the trial ended I canceled my subscription, however, when the trial ended, instead of being automatically downgraded to my paid subscription I got downgraded to the free version. Chat support was not able to help. Bye Google.

Adafruit is an excellent supplier.

I’m a hobbyist hardware hacker, and I regularly need specialist parts and supplies. Adafruit is always good for parts, tools, kids, and even gifts. Their shipping is fast, their products are incredibly high-quality, and their customer service is outstanding. Adafruit also has a lot of excellent learning resources, and they give back to the community quite a lot. Today I got another order from them, a bunch of storage containers for projects and parts, as well as some kits for practice. They’re all great and I can’t wait for the weekend.
