As an avid free user of Crunchyroll for years, it pains me to write about them in such poor taste. the free services of Crunchyroll are great but once you get to a point where you need to purchase premium, you may run into the same problems I'm having. I've reached out to friends to try their emails, I've tried my own, even family members, but not a single one will work. "check your inputs" it says. I've read very mixed reviews about the payment and cancelling subscriptions with Crunchyroll, and I was ready to roll the dice and see. But since I can't even create an account with them, they've lost my interest in them entirely.
