All kinds of bizzare fees and hoops to jump through once they lure you in... Then they change TOS and the game completely changes.. Now I'm told there's a $4.95 a month fee (for their visa card that I locked up to get a year ago) for an "inactivity fee" for a card they advertised as a "no fee card" after you complete a lock up period which I did last year.. This ridiculous monthly fee is buried on the 29th page of a 30 page doc.. Pathetic scammers.. So I asked them to define what "Activity" means.... They said they would look into it and get back to me! They charge me for "inactivity" but are unable to define what "activity" is! Customer service is non existent and nothing more than boilerplate responses and now a runaround .. Sad and pathetic...
