I have a free trail with Animoto that I didn't even realize I had until they charged my account $180.00 and issued a partial refund of $150.00. After a week of going back and forth with Animoto customer service, I still have not received the full refund. The customer service is terrible, the worst I've dealt with. I've had to repeat myself 4 times now and tell them each time to carefully re-read my past emails. I have provided customer service with my account, email addresses, transaction numbers, the day of charges and even screenshot attachments of the charges and they can't even find my account. Talk about a frustrating experience. I just want my money back. NEVER SIGN UP FOR A FREE TRIAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Amazon. I purchased a product that turned out to be faulty, resulting in personal injury and significant damage to my hair. After contacting Amazon, I was asked to send pictures of the damage, which I did. I was assured that the matter would be investigated and that I would receive a call back from a specialist. However, I never received the promised follow-up, leaving me to handle the consequences on my own.Frustrated, I called Amazon to explain the situation, only to be told that, as a consumer, I had rights, but the solution offered was a meager £5 compensation for the distress I had endured. I declined the offer, and was then told I could reach out to the seller directly, even though I purchased the item through Amazon. This was both confusing and unhelpful.The lack of communication, broken promises, and inadequate customer support has been appalling. It’s incredibly disheartening to experience this level of neglect, especially when dealing with a product that caused harm. I expected much more from a company like Amazon, and sadly, my trust in their service has been severely shaken. I will be looking for a proper resolution elsewhere.

I ordered a phone direct from them 24th October 2022. It was delivered to my local parcelshop but there it was either lost or stolen before I could collect it. DHL say it was lost, ask Nokia for a refund. Nokia say it's not their problem, talk to DHL. Many emails, mostly ignored by Nokia and they still have my £250. Awful customer service. AVOID.

McAfee auto renewed on 2 different products at 2 different times and my concern was that they used 2 different billing accounts I had and one was my husbands and one was mine, also I never received an email prior saying it would auto renew. I have no idea how they got those accounts. Now I have to say customer support fixed it right away. A refund was issued quickly. But pretty concerning.

I have called a customer care executive for refund and they said that they will give me instant refund while being on the call just I have to providey Gpay I'd and they will link my gpay I'd with their system..they were not concerned about the product which needed to be return. Later found that my GPay ac has been tried to login from another device.its a big scam.

Commissions are high without explanation. There is no phone or live chat customer service. You write them an email and they take up to 12 hours to text you back. If you're not in the app when they message you, you are out of luck and have to wait another 6 hours for a response. There is no instant live chat like every other company has. They are in Singapore.

Now I'm told there's a $4.95 a month fee (for their visa card that I locked up to get a year ago) for an "inactivity fee" for a card they advertised as a "no fee card" after you complete a lock up period which I did last year.. This ridiculous monthly fee is buried on the 29th page of a 30 page doc.. Pathetic scammers.. So I asked them to define what "Activity" means.... They said they would look into it and get back to me! They charge me for "inactivity" but are unable to define what "activity" is! Customer service is non existent and nothing more than boilerplate responses and now a runaround .. Sad and pathetic...
