Just starting using Crypto.com and as I made my first deposit i forgot to put my identification number into the message box, so my funds can’t be placed. I also didn’t get a interac email with the confirmation reference number they usually seek for this problem so i’ve been trying to get a hold of customer service for days now and haven’t got a answer I have also been using many different channels. when I finally do get responses it’s from bots and ask for information that they themselves don’t even know how I can find. I somehow find the information and send over messages but they ask for it in a nice document and can’t accept. So at this point they just have taken my money and refuse to help.
