Buying our first ever instrument was a great experience thanks to Nathan . 1st he attended me over the phone . Nathan again attended me and my family on a busy Sunday afternoon answering all our questions and exceeding our expectations . Our purchase experience couldn't have been better. Purchased New Years Eve tickets at One80 Skytop Lounge after it was advertised as a venue to see fireworks at midnight. They also advertised a complimentary glass of champagne and party favors which we did not get. This is false advertising. Will never use again in the future

Nest cam IQ outdoor - Won't power on. After a very painful discussion with Customer service a replacement arrived 1 Month later. Powered on first at attempt, unplugged and moved to another area. Won't turn on. Customer service are so bad. Its like you are talking to a bot half the time. I'm sure they aren't real people most of the time. I guess I'll have to wait another month for another replacement to arrive. Shocking.

When we moved into our house Nest was already installed and honestly it is AWFUL. The App loses connectivity CONSTANTLY (7/8 times in a row) and the lack of a standard 1 hour boost is absolutely ridiculous. You feel like you’re fighting just to get your bloody heating to come on! The routine function is also insanely complicated to set up. So so bad, and I’m not even sure how we can swap to to something else. We had Hive in our old house which was great!

customer service is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt withi paid for adobe paint shop pro and elements as an extra program to be preinstalled on my pc when i first got it (i have the code for it ect)my pc crashed and i had to reinstall everything from my back up and re-downloaded paint shop but when i tried to register it it gave me a message that its on to many pc's and i had to unregister my old pc first ? but this is not possible i contacted the help desk ( or should i say No help desk) they was next to useless repeted the same that i must un register from my old pc ?????and just kept trying to sell me the new updated subscription to photo shop which is totally not what i wanted .( i often work in places with no internet )i basically now own software that i paid for and can't use du to adobe's money grabbing attitudei refuse to be held to ransom and re-pay to use something i already own

If you are on a clock, DO NOT buy directly from their website. They have the worse and longest delivery process I’ve ever seen.their customer service team is not helpful and an order placed on November 30th has not shipped out yet. Awful service.
