I have transferred my crypto from Crypto.com application to crypto exchange. It was very quick and simple. After trading the crypto to Euro. I can't transfer back to crypto.com application. When contacted the customer support, he told me to buy a crypto just to transfer back. So basically they force you to use application with high fees and higher spread.
