As a loyal user for over 3 years, I am disappointed by the forced closure of the legacy plan. I have renewed this for now, but I'm not of fan of checking my credit usage every day or so. The next plan up is a notable difference in pricing, as are the add-ons for credits. The platform has always been very a solid, professional tool, but it might be time to look elsewhere.

If you want nagware - install McAfee.If you want to be bothered by pop-ups from 30 days before your subscription expires - every time you start/restart your computer and every time you open a web browser - install McAfee to get rid of the nagware - pay them some more money or rest your head and don't do it in the first instance. If you don't believe me - read the experiences of others.

The WSJ editorial board denies climate science, provides a platform for deniers, permits Trump to sell the big lie, and promotes anti vax, sentiment under the guise of "freedom", and not talking science. I tried for 6 weeks to unsubscribe. I am from Ireland, Europe, so after 6 weeks, I was informed after many hours of phone calls, to the US, that I would need to phone the UK. Their business model is to bring in subscribers with seemingly good deals, and then make it near impossible to unsubscribe. I will be making a complaint to the Irish, UK and EU regulators.

Wish I could give 0 stars!!!! Bought a QLED tv just over 2 years ago and it’s for a bedroom, so not really getting used like a tv in the living room. Basically turned it on one night and then it flickered for 10 secs and then the screen was full of think black lines and one side of the tv turned black and white and the other side turned like a sickly colour. From a customer who has only Samsung tv’s in all our rooms…even the fridge in the kitchen is a Samsung……never again I will buy another product…..purely down to the customer service in “Aftersales” as I feel spending something like 15,000dkk on a tv just to last over 2 years is embarrassing for a brand like Samsung…..wishing now I had read all the statements before I bought this tv though had I my mind….its a Samsung….how wrong was I!!!!!

Be ware of HP's all-in-one Printer Plan. I subscribed for our small business. You have 30 days to cancel after the initial subscription, not from the date you receive the printer and then they lock you in for two-years. We needed a different type of printer but missed the 30 day window by 4 days. The only option was to cancel and be charged $120.

Will, the young man who is the owner and managing director of this specialist bass guitar / amplifier retail shop and on line retail business, offers outstanding customer service. His prices are a little below market rates, his attention to detail, his stock, the beautiful layout of his shop on a trading estate about a mile outside Leamington on Spa, and his excellent, reliable and totally trustworthy service make BassBros Ltd my absolute favourite music shop. I’m 66 years old, an ex pro musician who had a recording contract 150 years ago. I buy a lot of basses - at least 2 a year. I’ve now bought from Will 3 times in the last 4 years. Watch this space - I guarantee 10 years from now he’ll be as big as GAK and 20 years from now Thomann in Germany (by which time of course we’ll be back in the EU and Will’s business will fly. When contacted the customer support, he told me to buy a crypto just to transfer back. So basically they force you to use application with high fees and higher spread.

Yes, there are still things that could be added but the BMC team doing their best to improve their website, app and adding new services. I'm also very grateful for their support on creators.
