I needed to update my number. They told me to create a new account and it didn’t work. I couldn’t log in or verify my account. I asked if they can reset it or update my number. It’s been over 180 days waiting for them to resolve it. Why so long? If they can’t handle this, how can they handle crypto security? Transaction security? Our money and investments?
