Shambles of a company. I sent money from my bank via bank transfer as done many times before with no issues. this time its more than a day the funds are missing and support are less than useless in recovering them. £3400 lost!! I have provided evidence from the bank screenshots transaction IDs everything but support want this in a pdf format which is impossible! They are just stealing money and making excuses!
