extremely frustrating to have to deal with inexperienced staff members at CDC. I am a Private Member and supposedly receive priority support, but don't be fooled, it takes days to manage an error that they caused. they somehow objectively feel that a joint bank account between myself and my wife does not mean that the account belongs to me, and as such, an e-transfer that originated from that joint account can not be accepted by them, and must be returned, and it takes 5 days after they have received the fund to initiate a return. What BS is that? if I can write a cheque from that account and initiate an e-transfer, any 3rd grader would know then I would have ownership of the account. watch out, they would hold your funds hostage and can make up a story without verifying or initiating any communications with their client (even a Private member), this is still a mom-and-pop shop, don't trust them with any significant amount of investment.
