I sent a $60K Bank Wire to my Crypto.com account without a problem. I tried to send it to my Crypto.com Wallet as USDT. I got an error message that said "...USDT Withdrawals are not yet available. ou may exchange your USDT to another currency with Withdrawals..." I converted to ETH (with the $500+ Fee) only to get the same message with USDT replaced with ETH. I spent 5 hours with their useless BOTs trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. After almost 5 hours on hold (where they repeatedly said responses are less than 20 minutes) I was told the had arbitrarily LOCKED/RESTRICTED my account and it wasn't my business to know why. Then they repeatedly told me I could send my money BACK to my BANK. They did admit that "... you are correct that it [error message] does not directly state that crypto withdrawals are not possible..." but can't tell me when or why. After 5 hours+ of being on hold and repeatedly starting over with several new Customer Disservice representatives. My OLNY option is to lose the fees they stole and send the money back to my bank after wasting 3 days on hold

AVOID at all costs. They have asked for £150 to correct a transaction which was done - they told is the transaction would be made manually to put the original money back to sender (my) wallet - the money has since been moved to a different wallet. When contacting them via their chat - get the same response and still no money. 10 days later Literally DAYLIGHT ROBBERY
