Review of BBC

They are steps behind CNN

They are steps behind CNN, although BBC is my native company but I wish they are as efficient as CNN. They are good but need some level of improvement to be accepted globally

Travel cheque redemption process is one…

Travel cheque redemption process is one of the worst experiences I have had, I had to ring them 10 times I reckon, I was convinced that they had no intention redeeming the old cheques and told them so.If asked, I would not recommend American Express for anything, just avoid this organisation as there are better, this experience has left a bitter taste with me to say the least..... Difficult difficult process.

Review of coursera

Be careful before you sign up.

Coursera was not what it used to claim to be, an online source of courses that respected the needs of both the working student and their professional needs. Courses are not completely described or accurately described before you enroll or pay for the certificate. The colleges and employers creating the courses forget that people work, have families, and (some) have limitations. I just signed Ed up for one offered by Yale, but I could not see the assignment details to accurately judge the time I would have to devote or the deadlines until after I enrolled. I paid for the certificate. The first three modules (used to be designated as one module a week) were due within the first week of signing up. And you cannot truly take the tests and assignments without a certificate without paying. Which means you cannot complete the course without a certificate (like they advertise) unless you pay. I could not get a refund. Due to work, I cannot complete three weeks worth of hours in one week. I could not find a phone number or email address. The chat bot could not answer any of my questions. Buyer beware.

Don't book and believe you covered by the booking guarantee as you're not. Letting agents we booked with last year closed and vrbo or us weren't advised...been chasing for 2 months with vrbo and told not to worry we covered with the guarantee...was told to arrive at our destination and if we can't gain access to propert to ring them....God knows how we were supposed to gain access when company gone and property sold....today told we are not covered booking cancelled and they are doing nothing about it....just left high and dry and took them over 6 weeks to chase th3 company and our booking.. due to travel in 2 days family of 6 with small children....diabolical had to rent elsewhere and pay 3 times as much due to short notice ...have 6 case reference numbers and told something differnent everytime i rang....awfulIn response to your reply I rang you 2 months before due to travel to say apartment was no longer showing and we couldn't contact them...you told.me on 6 occasions not to worry as we were covered only to be told 48hours before we were travelling that you weren't going to cover us. Appauling I have 6 case numbers for all the times I contacted you
