Review of americanexpress
Travel cheque redemption process is one of the worst experiences I have had, I had to ring them 10 times I reckon, I was convinced that they had no intention redeeming the old cheques and told them so.If asked, I would not recommend American Express for anything, just avoid this organisation as there are better, this experience has left a bitter taste with me to say the least..... Difficult difficult process.

Review of coursera
Coursera was not what it used to claim to be, an online source of courses that respected the needs of both the working student and their professional needs. Courses are not completely described or accurately described before you enroll or pay for the certificate. The colleges and employers creating the courses forget that people work, have families, and (some) have limitations. I just signed Ed up for one offered by Yale, but I could not see the assignment details to accurately judge the time I would have to devote or the deadlines until after I enrolled. I paid for the certificate. The first three modules (used to be designated as one module a week) were due within the first week of signing up. And you cannot truly take the tests and assignments without a certificate without paying. Which means you cannot complete the course without a certificate (like they advertise) unless you pay. I could not get a refund. Due to work, I cannot complete three weeks worth of hours in one week. I could not find a phone number or email address. The chat bot could not answer any of my questions. Buyer beware.
