Li was very helpful on chat and really tried to solve the problems.The main problem with some ot the suggestions is tha I do not know enught to do some of the actions that may help solve the problems. If I have pc problem then I call my source and he takes over my PC and solves or removes the problems. this is easy and requires little input from ME.
