Refused a refund

I finished a 0.99 trial for 3 months 2 months ago. When the trial had finished it didn't automatically renew and I was downgraded to the free version. Little did I know in the next two months I would be charge 9.99 without my deezer being reactivated. I tried to contact deezer about this but the is no call centre only online chat. When I spoke to a representative and explained my situation all they could say was it all should have been working. I asked for a refund for the two months of service I had not received and they refused. I asked them to remove me immediately from their systems as it seems to me they care more about money than customers. I am really really disappointed.
