Scam Company

I only used their service one time and haven't used the account in 18 months. They auto renewed me and charged me for a full year using a credit card I didn't authorize. They didn't notify me that they were recharging my (new) card.I immediately reached out to their support to request even a partial refund, to which they just say "we don't issue refunds". They don't even go on a case by case scenario because they are greedy. The kicker is that even though I prepaid for one year, when I cancelled the service (so I wouldn't get charged again the next year) I lost all access to the account for the next 11.5 months. They clearly do this so that you have to wait until the end of the billing cycle to get the most out of your money, and if you forget to cancel even by 1 minute, they just say "no refunds". Terrible scam company.

Refused a refund

I finished a 0.99 trial for 3 months 2 months ago. When the trial had finished it didn't automatically renew and I was downgraded to the free version. Little did I know in the next two months I would be charge 9.99 without my deezer being reactivated. I tried to contact deezer about this but the is no call centre only online chat. When I spoke to a representative and explained my situation all they could say was it all should have been working. I asked for a refund for the two months of service I had not received and they refused. I asked them to remove me immediately from their systems as it seems to me they care more about money than customers. I am really really disappointed.

Aufull experience & customer service

Aufull application, lost 7 working days on trying to connect and bulk send message via their Whatsapp feature only to find out that i should pay even more money to answert to my clients. I decided to delete the whatsapp from the app and bring it back to the official app but it's still under the Brevo control and i'm without a whatsapp business number for 7 days now while i have 4 open tickets and an awful hundling of client service from Brevo's team. DO NOT USE THIS APP

This should be -5!!!Ordered 'Revitive Circulation Booster' for my husband 20/12/2024.Parcel arrived Christmas Eve(should have been 22nd Dec.) Left in the porch during a storm. Packing(just a box with a label on!!)When I arrived home same this sodden box as I lifted it up if fell apart.Contacted Amazon immediately, had a robotic person who insisted on telling me I had to put it in the box to return it. I spent 10 minutes explaining to her the box didn't exist (just a sodden wet mass on my dining table), then spoke to her Supervisor who told me a delivery could be arranged by Royal Mail(25/26th Dec) I pointed out that it was Christmas/Bank Holiday/ no chance!!! Parcel collected by Royal Mail 27/12/2024. I have proof of collection and photos of my parcel(securely packed and labelled). Amazon will not accept them. They say the parcel has not arrived and until it does no refund!!I'm a 72 year old pensioner and £180.00 is a lot of money. They promise full refunds within 14 days. I have contacted them 6 times and the last response I have to wait until the end of February. I have authorised my Bank to take out a Financial Dispute with them.(36 days I have waited).No apology/ no refund/rude staff.

ICO don't follow the law and couldn't care less.

The ICO are as bent as they come. They publish reams of information such as qualified and absolute exemptions and yet, when they are asked to produce the evidence of such, no reply. They also tend to find in favour against the complainant and as such, along with Ombudsmen services, it is a pointless waste of time applying to any of these people. They just don't do what they are supposed to and in my case were able to invoke a Tribunal rule to have my case struck out. So much for s149 EQA 2010 and the advancement of equality matters for those who are allegedly given some sort of protection if those persons have "protected characteristics".The ICO is an absolute disgrace and the PHSO just keep establishment principles in order. If you are disabled and trying to find out why car insurance premiums have shot up, s43(2) FOIA allows for commercial interests to be withheld. This is a qualified exemption subject to the public interest test and qualified exemption test. Did the ICO do either? Did my insurer do either? Did the ICO & my insurer have a EQA 2010 policy in place to deal with how they treat those with protected characteristics? The answer, after an FOIA request to the ICO was replied, is no.I have no faith in the law. Just look at the clowns and ignorant people who make law in this country. None of the Ministers in place know anything about their portfolios. The result is this system which is stacked against individuals in this country.Pay up and shut up is what companies want and the government and establishment will support that. This includes Tribunals, the legal system and courts which are not independent of government as they like to pretend. In the case of the GRC Tribunal where all ICO disputes end, they are told by Parliament what they can and cannot do...That's independence for you.

Chegg is not a useful tool for revision with higher-level questions. While sometimes a question may be answered with the correct method, there is an obvious lack of experience from 'experts', as there is a lack of care around units and overall understanding of questions. Most of the time, however, the question is answered using the wrong method, sometimes with a method used in year 1 instead of 3. Further, most questions i have uploaded are past papers, to be used for revision, these are frequently taken down, by clear ai moderation.Bottom line, do not use

I wish I knew it before!!!!!!I am thoroughly impressed by the "Udacity.". The platform approach is simple and easy to grasp. The abundant learning materials, from video to interactive quizzes, introduced me to different learning styles. I particularly appreciate the well-crafted exercises at the end of each chapter, which reinforce the concepts effectively. The best part is the interactive community. The platform encourages a great environment for learners to connect with each other and engage with the instructors. I used to waste money on going to see films that turned out to be rubbish but now I use this website to ensure that every penny I pay is worth it. I love that there are incredibly detailed reviews on films down to how many times a certain swear word is used. It is easy to use and the content is always up to date and fresh.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

If you are looking at using an external wallet....DO NOT USE THIS ONE.On May 09, 2023, I etransfered in $3000.00 to Crypto.com and after numerous emails to Customer Service, it was not deposited until May 23, 2023. All they would say is they couldn't find it at their end. I used their reference number. I forwarded them a reference number from my bank that they rejected and then after I sent them a complete document from my bank showing the transaction had gone through then they told me to use the exact same number that they told me didn't work and finally I saw my money in my account. This is the second time that I had problems with a deposit and am very disappointed in their service.Prior to that while transferring &1500.00 out they sent it to a completely different third-party wallet and my money was lost. This transaction was being done with two others watching on Zoom so we know that the address given was correct. Crypto.com will take no responsibility and I'm out the entire amount. This is disgusting. A friend recommended Shakepay as an alternate and I have had no issues with that external wallet. So if you ever have thoughts about using Crypto.com DO NOT DO IT.
